Nutrition is a cornerstone to optimal health.  Understanding how nutrients affect the body is a crucial piece of weight loss and general health.  Actually, I believe nutrition is 80% of successful weight loss. Timing of foods in diet, quality of foods eaten, and portion control will ultimately decide if you will be successful on your weight loss program.

Food Log Accountability
Journaling your food on a daily basis provides for self awareness of what you are actually eating and many uncover reasons for health/weight issues.  Learn the proper balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats as well as the timing of your food to give you tools for nutritional success!!

Seminars to groups/ businesses


Jenn currently has three seminars that uncover important facts about nutrition and its relationship to health issues and weight gain.  Her group seminars are 60 minutes in length and are full of very valuable and useful information.  She has presented to organizations such as LCC, Flagstar Bank, and Auto Owner Insurance to present this topic to organizations interested in teaching their employees to eat and live for good health.  Please see link to seminars for more information.
In-Home Nutritional Consultation
Jenn can come directly to your home and assist you in rearranging your food pantry/refrigerator to set up an environment in which it is easier to consume the meals you and your family need for optimal health.  She will also teach you to read and understand food labels and how certain ingredients can affect overall health. This is generally a 90 minute appointment.
