Training Experience the Difference

Training at The Trainers Studio
The Trainers Studio is for trainers and their clients only.  It is not a membership based facility. With your session you may opt to use the cardio and the locker room facilities.  The studio is located at Jolly in Dunkel in East Lansing.
Training at B-Strong in Dewitt
This is a member based facility however, you do not need to be a member to train here.  It is located on I-69 and old 27, just north of the highway. 
The Importance of Strength Training: Weight lifting has been considered the fountain of youth.  Everyone, regardless of age or gender, should incorporate resistance training into their regimen.  Effective resistance training has the potential to stimulate metabolism for 24-36 hours.  Cardiovascular training alone stimulates the metabolism for approximately 2-5 hours.    Weight training will decrease risk of osteoporosis, decrease risk of heart disease and diabetes, and improve strength and athletic performance.  As a personal trainer, I feel it is highly beneficial to incorporate traditional weight lifting into your exercise program.  Form and technique are crucial to prevent injury and ensure effectiveness, so be sure to seek the instruction of a professional when beginning a strength training program.

Trainer Jenn offers one on one sessions as well as group sessions.  Training sessions can be on corporate location, or in a gym setting.  


Pricing Structure:
One on One hourly session:  $80
Half hour Consult: $45
Group Rate:
2-3 people $90
4 people $100
